What is MINDFULNESS?
This short video explains what we mean by Mindfulness. Monyash children have been practising "Mindfulness" for some time. Winster children - Why not try it? The activities above can help us to pay attention to the here and now. Being mindful helps us to stay in the present moment and not worry about the past or the future. Enjoy!
